Aneta Sitarska-Haber is associated with the clinical trials industry since 1998. She has medical background, graduated at the Medical University of Warsaw. She has covered monitoring and management positions in regional and global CROs and contributed at operational and business aspects of international clinical research projects from Phase I to Phase IV in various therapeutic indications. Since 2005, she has been working at PPD Poland (part of Thermo Fisher Scientific), a global CRO company, currently as Associate
Director at Regional Operational Delivery Team.
She is responsible for supervising, coaching and training the clinical team (People Managers and Monitors), develops the partnerships with site research networks. She is engaged as Patient Advocacy Champion to liaison with Patient Organizations, educate and promote patient centricity approach. She is a Vice-president of the GCPpl Association, involved in this non-profit organization since 2002. Co-organizer of statutory activities of Associations such as training and industry meetings, including annual conferences on the International Day of Clinical Research, the educational program for patients (Ambassadors for the clinical trials”), supports and provides meetings training for patients organization. She has many years of experience as a lecturer at postgraduate studies and a speaker at industry conferences in the field of clinical trials. Author and co-author of articles and books on clinical trials. She cooperates with the Medical Research Agency, providing support in educational initiatives including portal “Patient in clinical trials” . She is a member of the Polish Platform of EUPATI (European Patients’ Academy).
