What Comes with My Sponsorship and Booth?

Each Performance and Premier sponsorship includes:

  • (1) 6-foot tabletop display (exhibits should fit on or within 6ft width)
  • (2) chairs
  • Staff registrations
    • PREMIER: (4) registrations included
    • PERFORMANCE: (2) registrations included
  • Access to electric at no additional cost. If your exhibit requires power, please send notice to Allyson Small at allyson.small@myscrs.org. The hotel requires the approval of any electrical requirement inside your booth space.
  • Access to WiFi at no additional cost (WiFi dependability not guaranteed)
    • If you wish to purchase wired internet, you may choose to purchase a private internet line. Costs depend on required MB and number of devices. From 330€ + VAT/day and up. Wired internet needs to be purchased at least 10 days in advance.
  • The hall is carpeted – exhibitors do not need to purchase carpet
